It’s that time of year again to submit entry forms for the annual Quilt Show on April 28 and 29, 2023. This year all entries will be done using an online entry form. Please fill out one entry form per quilt. This includes the challenge quilts.

All entry forms must be received by the March 17, 2023, deadline. There will be no exceptions.

You can submit an online entry form by clicking the link below or by copying and pasting the link into your Internet browser:

Please fill in all areas with the requested information and press the “Submit” button. Your entry form will not be received until you have pressed the “Submit” button and see a confirmation that “Your quilt show entry has been received.”

If you have provided an email address, a confirmation email including all the submitted information will be sent to you. Since I have to generate the confirmation email manually, it may take some time (hours or days) to arrive.

You can also print the online entry form before pressing the “Submit” button. However, please note that several pages will be required due to formatting restrictions.

If you absolutely, positively cannot use the online entry form, please contact me for an alternate method to submit your quilts to the show.
